Salary: £13.68 - £16.12 per hour (Depending on experience)

Are you passionate about supporting students with autism in a compassionate and structured setting?
GSL Education are looking for an experienced and patient Autism Teaching Assistant (Autism TA) to join a fantastic specialist school in Poole. In this role, you will be working closely with students on the autism spectrum, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs. You will assist with communication, behaviour management, and social interaction, while helping to create a consistent and positive learning environment.
