Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant who enjoys making a difference in the lives of children with autism? Do you have the patience, empathy, and dedication to support pupils as a Teaching Assistant in a nurturing primary school environment?

We are seeking a committed and compassionate Autism Support Assistant to join our inclusive and forward-thinking SEND school in Keighley. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with children who have autism, helping them to thrive both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with autism, tailored to individual needs
  • Support pupils in developing communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation skills
  • Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
  • Monitor progress and contribute to regular reviews and reports
