Job summary

Independent Lives is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help an energetic and curious 11-year-old boy with autism in Durrington, Salisbury. The role includes weekend hours (4 hours on Saturday mornings) with potential extra hours during school holidays and community outings with a second PA.

You'll assist with activities, personal care, transportation, and companionship, and may be involved in basic language development as the child grows. DBS check required and driving preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism or special needs would be helpful but is not essential, as training will be provided.
• Driving license ideal, but not essential.
