Job summary

Jane Lewis Health & Social Care in Maghull is seeking an Autism Support Worker to assist individuals with autism in residential and community settings. You will promote independence, assist with daily living tasks, and support engagement in hobbies and social activities.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months experience in healthcare or autism support, with strong communication and rapport-building skills to respect the dignity and wellbeing of service users.

Qualifications

Applicants must be 18 or older.
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
Minimum 6 months’ experience in a healthcare or support setting with people with autism.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities

Supporting individuals with Autism in a residential and community setting.
