We are recruiting in southern Inverness to support two young men with complex autism living independently. The role involves supporting active lifestyles, including walking, gym, trampolining, swimming, and horse riding, as well as supporting with medication, personal care, and managing homes and finances.
Previous experience supporting individuals with complex autism is essential. The shifts are from 8am to 10pm, including overnight support and sleepovers. We offer full-time (42 hours) and part-time roles.
