Salary: £13.68 - £16.12 per hour

About the Role

As an Autism Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to students with autism, contributing to their well-being and holistic development within an inclusive school environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement personalized care and lesson plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Create a supportive environment that fosters trust and rapport with students with autism.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students comprehensively.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and activities.
• Administer medications following school policies and training.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and eating, respecting student dignity.
• Support students in engaging with activities using effective communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Autism Support Worker or similar role preferred.
