Job summary

Autism Initiatives is seeking a Part-Time Waking Night Support Worker (31.5 hrs) to join our team in Lisburn. You will work 9:30pm–8:00am, supporting autistic people with daily living, independence, access to work/education and leisure activities.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including generous annual leave, pension, paid Access NI, training and development, and a supportive line-management structure with regular 121 meetings and annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience providing care and/or support in a similar setting.
• Flexibility to work on a rota including unsocial hours and weekends.
• NISCC registered or applying to register on appointment.
