Job summary

Autism Initiatives is seeking full-time Waking Night Support Workers to help individuals with autism in daily living, education, and leisure activities. You will work with a team to support independence, access to work and education, and personal development while adhering to our values of respect, excellence, empowerment and collaboration.

Role requires rota flexibility, an enhanced Access NI check funded by the organisation, and commitment to equality and inclusion.

Qualifications

  • Experience in care or support roles (formal or informal).
  • Ability to rotate across services, including unsocial hours and weekends.
  • NISCC registered or eligible to register on appointment.

Job description

We are seeking Full-Time Waking Night Support Workers to join our team. You will work alongside people who use our services, supporting in a range of activities, including developing independence in daily living, accessing work/education and leisure activities.

Essential Criteria
  • Working, voluntary or personal knowledge of providing care and/or support.
  • Be flexible to work on a rota basis that includes job rotation in various services, unsocial hours and weekends.
  • NISCC registered or apply to register on appointment.
Desirable Criteria
  • Full UK Driving License held for for a manual vehicle for at least one year.
