• Work one-to-one and in small groups with pupils with ASC, delivering adapted support to meet individual needs as identified in EHCPs.
• Promote engagement, social interaction, and communication using TEACCH and visual supports.
• Help pupils self-regulate emotions and behaviour using proactive approaches.
• Encourage independence in daily tasks including learning, life skills and self-care.
• Provide personal care where required, maintaining dignity and safeguarding.
