Job summary

Senovo Capital Management GmbH is seeking an Autism Support Assistant for Tower Hamlets to provide long-term support in a primary/ SEN setting. You will help autistic pupils with communication, learning and classroom routines using visual structures and clear language.

You will work closely with teachers, therapists and the wider SEN team to encourage participation, build confidence and independence, while upholding safeguarding and consistent approaches.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in SEN, autism support, care, childcare or youth work is welcomed.
• You are patient, dependable and attentive to individual communication needs.
• You understand the importance of routine, regulation and safeguarding.
• QTS is not required for this support role.

Responsibilities

• Support autistic pupils with communication, learning and classroom routines.
