Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEN, especially autism.
• Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain.
• 3–6 months prior SEN or care-related experience.
• Understanding of complex disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to students on the autism spectrum.
• Assist daily learning activities and facilitate inclusion.
• Coordinate with teaching staff and monitor progress.
