Job overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced therapist to provide clinical leadership to our ASD Assessment Service.
The ASD Assessment Service provides assessments for Autism in Tower Hamlets through a multidisciplinary team, offering evidence-based assessments, diagnosing, and signposting families to local services.
The ASD Therapy Lead will conduct clinical assessments, participate in MDT discussions, manage clinical pathways, monitor waiting lists, and contribute to data reporting. You will represent Barts Health at a strategic level, collaborating with local authorities and commissioners to develop services. You will also work with Heads of Therapy and Team Leads to improve ASD services and provide line management to the team, fostering a culture of safe and compassionate care.
We will support your professional development through training and on-the-job learning.
