Job Description:

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? Join us as an Autism Practitioner in Nottingham.

We offer a starting salary of £12.08 per hour with excellent career progression opportunities. Overtime at other services is available at £13 per hour. Please note, we do not offer sponsorship.

This role involves supporting autistic individuals with activities they enjoy, encouraging independence, and providing holistic support including personal care, medication management, community integration, and managing anxieties related to distressing behaviors.

No prior experience is necessary as full training is provided. We seek individuals with the right attitude, shared values, and a willingness to develop their skills.

Experience in support work, care assistance, nursery support, NHS, healthcare, or social care is advantageous.

We offer full-time, part-time, and casual relief positions with a 24/7 support environment. The work schedule includes a rolling rota with shifts such as early, late, sleep-ins, weekends, bank holidays, and flexible patterns.
