Autism Care Assistant for a 12yo P/T @ £12.40/hr in LS14 - FTE - £24.2k - Leeds - LS14

6 HOURS PER WEEK mainly weekends to be arranged with employer.

Responsibilities:

1. To support our 12-year-old daughter who has autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. She sometimes struggles with communication and is selectively non-verbal.
2. Support our daughter to access swimming, arts and crafts. She enjoys caring for animals and insects, cooking and baking, building Lego, and playing Minecraft.
3. Assist with personal care tasks, such as brushing her hair, and build a rapport to ensure trust is established.

Requirements:

1. Car driver preferred but not essential; our daughter has a bus pass.
2. Training will be provided.
