Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evolve the school’s behaviour and regulation framework.
• Ensure framework aligns with Pastoral Excellence goals and Ofsted expectations.
• Ensure plans are personalised and usable for non-speaking learners.
• Plan and deliver training, refreshers and targeted coaching.
• Ensure post-incident documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
• Facilitate reflective debriefs with staff to strengthen practice.
• Communicate progress and adjustments to stakeholders.
