About the Role

As anAutism Support Worker, you will work withinspecialist school settings, supporting students withAutism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties. Your role will involve:

• Providing 1:1 and small group supportto help students engage with learning.
• Assisting teachersin delivering a tailored curriculum that meets individual needs.
• Encouraging communication and social developmentthrough structured interventions.
• Supporting emotional regulationand helping students manage sensory needs.
• Creating a safe, positive learning environmentwhere all students feel valued.

The Ideal Candidate

Experienced– Background inSEN, Autism support, or care workis desirable.
Patient & Understanding– Able to buildtrusting relationshipswith students.
