Job Description

Our Mortgage Brokers are the go-to source for lending advice and expertise in their local communities. With over 70% of mortgages now being settled by brokers, and Aussie ranking as the #1 brokerage in the industry, we’re on a high growth trajectory even after 30 years in the game. As such, we are looking to place salaried brokers in some of our retail stores; however, salaried roles in mortgage broking are hard to come by, so competition for these positions will be hot - do not delay your application!

Working primarily from an Aussie retail store, our Aussie Mortgage Brokers:

• Field pre-qualified customer appointments booked for them by our centralised Associates.
• Provide lending advice and solutions to customers.
• Connect with the local community to build pipeline and referral partnerships.
• Submit deals to our centralised Client Solutions team who will process on your behalf.

Qualifications

To achieve success in this role, you’ll need:

• A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. If you don’t have your Cert IV, we will guide you on how to obtain it.
• Previous experience in broking, lending, banking or sales.
• A willingness to deliver exceptional customer experiences and to help people achieve their home ownership dreams.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
