Job summary

Future is seeking a Compliance Auditor in Cardiff to join the Assurance team. You will perform risk-based reviews, audit partner reporting, and ensure regulatory alignment with FCA frameworks, documenting findings in Excel and Google Sheets.

You’ll work with internal audit teams across Future, with ongoing learning and development in a dynamic media group. This is a hybrid role with three days in the Cardiff office.

Qualifications

• Experience performing audits of major UK insurance/financial services partners.
• Ability to assess partner reporting accuracy and customer experience quality.
• Familiarity with contractual and regulatory standards across reporting models.
• Proven ability to document audit processes clearly for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk-based reviews across partner networks and audit partner reporting.
• Ensure regulatory alignment with key financial frameworks (FCA).
• Document audit findings and prepare reports for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal business units to drive governance and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the annual audit plan and provide data-driven insights.
• Support internal audit colleagues across the Future group.
