The Auditor role is a highly focused position responsible for accurately reviewing end user receipts and expense reports ensure integrity and accuracy of their financial reimbursements following the client’s specific policies and procedures. An Auditor should continuously strive to understand our clients’ needs and provide recommendations to the Client Services Specialist to streamline the client’s audit profile and reduce errors. The position requires outstanding attention to detail, the ability to work well under pressure and a basic understanding of audit.

This role is an Early talent role suitable for School leavers and graduates.

What you'll do

  • Provide first level assessment of receipts and expense reports, ensuring accurate tax reporting and compliance in line with the client’s instructions, policies and procedures.
  • Proactively provide recommendations to the clients assigned Client Services Specialist or Manager to reduce errors and streamline the audit profile(s).
  • Provide additional duties such as own (versus team) data collation and reporting as deemed necessary to achieve and produce a high-quality support solution.
  • Participate and engage in team meetings and development opportunities.
  • Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.

What you bring

  • Fluency in the English language, particularly written form (read & write).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in documentation.
  • A strong understanding of UK tax regulations and policies is beneficial.
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities, at any given time.
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey findings and collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain client confidentiality.
  • Willingness to take responsibility for one's work and decisions, ensuring accuracy and reliability in audits.
  • Appreciation for cultural differences and the ability to work respectfully with individuals from various backgrounds.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry standards and ethical guidelines.
