Overview

My client is a small but switched firm of Accountants who work with a wide variety of clients. They need an Audit Assistant who can hit the ground running, learn taxation and build and develop their career with them. If you are studying ACCA or similar support could be available once you have passed your probation. It's a working Monday to Friday 9 to 5 role based in very nice offices and there's free parking too. Note - you will need to be able to drive to get to my client.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements for limited companies, LLP's, and High Net Worth individuals from trial balance stage
  • Work and collaborate with other members in the audit and accounts team in order to build strong working relationships
  • Provide assistance on statutory audits as you continue to develop your knowledge
  • Develop your project management skills as you work to meet deadlines and budget constraints for clients
  • Learn taxation and take over some of the smaller accounts
