Job summary

Crowe in London offers a fully funded ACA qualification through a four-year training contract. As a School Leaver Audit Assistant, you’ll support audit assignments for a wide range of organisations while developing your technical, commercial and professional skills.

You will gain real client exposure from day one, receive mentoring and structured development, and work with teams delivering high-quality audits and insights. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• BBC at A Level (or equivalent worth 112 UCAS points).
• GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Mathematics and English Language.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and Crowe offices and training events.

Responsibilities

• Support audit engagements and client assignments.
• Analyse financial information and business processes.
• Develop audit and financial reporting knowledge.
• Apply critical thinking and professional scepticism.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Work on a variety of projects across different sectors.
• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality audits and independent insights.
