Due to strategic expansion of the surveying team, a rarely available Audit Surveyor position has become available within a well-respected surveying company. This role is ideal for a technically strong residential valuer who is passionate about quality assurance, compliance, and supporting professional standards.

Overview

Due to strategic growth, our client is seeking a qualified RICS Audit Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to contribute to quality and compliance across a regional residential valuation network. You will play a central role in ensuring technical standards, supporting surveyor development, and maintaining compliance within their quality client base requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit valuation and survey reports for quality and accuracy Provide technical and compliance support to regionally based surveyors Act as a point of contact for technical valuation and survey queries Support on-the-job training and professional development Help drive continuous improvement in service and risk management

Candidate Requirements:

RICS qualified (MRICS or FRICS) Strong experience in residential valuation and survey work Ideally experienced in audit or compliance, though technically strong valuers are also encouraged to apply Excellent understanding of RICS Red Book, lender requirements, and best practice standards Strong communication and mentoring skills
