Role Overview

As an Audit Supervisor, you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced audit team, working with managers and directors to deliver audits across our vibrant and diverse client base.

This is a great opportunity to develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing yourself and others to meet large, complex, and higher-risk audits to a high standard.
• Getting involved in the planning and execution of audits for our clients.
• Regularly updating managers and directors on job progress.
• Leading the onsite audit team to deliver high-quality and efficient complex audits.
• Building long-lasting relationships, becoming the go-to for clients onsite.
• Providing an excellent client experience by understanding their business.
• Coaching, developing, and leading a team of trainees and semi-seniors.

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone who is:

• ACA / ACCA qualified and seeking the next step in their career.
• Experienced in external audit with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiar with a range of audits, including owner-managed businesses.
• Tech-savvy, with knowledge of CCH desirable.
• Collaborative and progressive in their approach.
• A great communicator who loves building relationships.
