What You'll Do:

Lead audit fieldwork and manage workflows across multiple assignments

Take ownership of audits from planning through to completion

Review audit files and finalise outputs with minimal supervision

Identify key audit issues and recommend practical, tailored solutions

Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to junior colleagues

Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact

Ensure technical compliance with relevant regulations and standards

What We're Looking For:

Professionally qualified (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)

3-4 years' experience in audit, ideally in a practice setting

Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and meet tight deadlines

A proactive mindset with strong leadership and communication skills

A team player who takes pride in developing others and delivering exceptional client service
