Learning and Development (L&D) is a key enabler of our strategy within the Audit Stream and is critical to our success. Effective L&D underpins quality and productivity by supporting our people to develop the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles and reach their potential.

Effective L&D requires specialist resources to identify training needs and respond appropriately. It involves careful planning, project management, and understanding of regulatory requirements, along with the latest tools and technology to tailor development programs.

This role offers an opportunity for a talented, high-performing manager to join the Audit Stream L&D team during an exciting period of implementing our new Faculty strategy. Alongside the existing Faculty Manager, you will help maintain and enhance the Faculty offering, support delivery of key programs, and contribute to creating a strong learning culture.

The role is within the Learning Implementation team, reporting to the Business Partnering and Implementation Lead. The team ensures our learning programs are delivered effectively, managing projects, risks, and finances, including leading the Faculty proposition.

The Faculty supports program delivery through facilitation. The Faculty Managers oversee daily operations, onboarding, development, and evaluation of Faculty members, and support wider program delivery and project management activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing and maintaining the Faculty strategy to meet business needs and manage risks.
• Coordinating Faculty activities to ensure business outcomes are achieved.
• Evaluating Faculty effectiveness, reporting challenges and successes to leadership.
• Supporting program delivery with project management and facilitation as needed.
• Managing stakeholder relationships, including with People Partners.
• Monitoring faculty utilization and individual performance, reporting risks, and proposing solutions.
• Managing the Faculty project plan.
• Supporting the learning and development of Faculty members.
• Serving as a facilitator on key programs when appropriate.
• Collaborating with L&D to ensure facilitator support across programs.
• Applying innovative approaches to enhance learner experience.
• Driving process standardization and operational excellence.

Required skills and experience include:

• Experience as a Manager or similar role with an interest in L&D.
• Formal L&D qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in delivery and program facilitation is beneficial.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Understanding of business strategy and operational focus.
