Job Title: Senior/Semi Senior Accountant - Audit & Assurance

We are seeking dedicated Senior or Semi Senior Accountants to join our well-established Audit & Assurance teams in the Thames Valley/South Coast area, including locations such as Reading, Newbury, Oxford, or Southampton.

The ideal candidate will be an ACA/ACCA trainee, partway through their studies, or a fully qualified or part-qualified finalist with at least 18 months of experience in an audit team, conducting audit assignments. You should be well-presented, personable, and a team player.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist with audit assignments and receive comprehensive training to progress to managing complete audits from planning to completion.
  • Work with a diverse range of clients across various sectors to gain broad business understanding.
  • Prepare statutory accounts and corporation tax returns.
  • Supervise junior team members as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • ACA/ACCA Part Qualified Trainee or Fully Qualified.
  • Experience assisting with audit assignments is essential.
  • Proficiency with software packages, including Caseware, is advantageous.
