I am working with a rapidly expanding Top 15 Accounting firm that has gone through exponential growth across the UK including in a flagship office in Kent.

They are also part of two global networks and winning significant engagements from UK Subs of Multinationals, PE and VC backed corporate, OMBs, SMEs including Entrepreneurs that have grown business from zero to £80 million in last few years. The turnovers of the clients in their totality are between £10 million to £200 million.

They are winning significant market share of these clients from Top 10 and Mid-Tier clients because of their Partner led approach. This is because they not only provide assurance to the year end audit, but are also strategic advisors to the future growth strategies of their clients. This could involve capital raising strategies involving future UK/global listing requirements as well as PE backed M&A activity. The Partners are not only national authorities in audit but also include former CFO/FD level individuals who can advise their clients on all elements of their respective expansion plans.

They are looking for a Senior Manager to join their high-flying team at an important time, where there will be huge scope of fast-track progression and work on a varied Audit and Advisory portfolio.

You will be from a Mid-Tier or Top 100 firm with background in audit or a mix of audit/accounts preparation to be considered. You will have experience of managing corporate clients in any sector, whether that be listed or non-listed SME clients.

My client is very happy to consider a 3rd year Manager looking for a step up as well as a Senior Manager for this high profile role. You will need to be based near Kent, or be able to relocate there. Being a Car driver with a clean driving licence is desirable.

There will be a choice of evolving and dynamic sectors to work with where you can take ownership.

You will be mentored by a leadership pool consisting of ex Top 10 Partners as well as former CFO/FD with significant investment put in your career development. There is huge scope to become a Director (up to £160k plus RI status), and Partner level (£275k Package) in 3-6 year period, as my client continues to grow at record levels compared to their competitors in the market.
