Our work is underpinned by quality—delivering trusted, transparent audits relied upon by companies and stakeholders. You should be proactive, able to manage your tasks, collaborate confidently, and communicate effectively with senior management and partners. Your role includes:

• Acting as a key contact within the firm alongside the Partner.
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and understanding their businesses.
• Identifying new business opportunities and informing the Partner.
• Representing the firm at marketing events and staying informed about our services.
• Recruiting, developing, and motivating team members, including participation in graduate recruitment and performance management.
• Completing assignments within budgets and timelines, and identifying additional billing opportunities.

Technical Skills

• ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualified or equivalent.
• Experience managing people.
• Knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and financial reporting.
• Understanding of financial products, regulations, and compliance, including anti-money laundering.
• Experience with systems/controls testing, substantive audits, consolidations, group audits, statutory accounts, and disclosures.
• Project management experience.
