Our client is looking for an Audit Senior Manager to join their talented and expanding team in Winchester.

About the Role:

You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality audit work, managing client relationships, and leading a team of professionals. You will:

• Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients across varied industries

• Lead audits from planning through to completion

• Oversee junior team members and support their development

• Respond to client queries and provide trusted technical guidance

• Contribute to business development and help win new work

• Keep up to date with technical changes and deliver relevant training

About you:

• You will be ACA/ACCA qualified with post-qualified UK audit experience

• You will have worked in a UK practice environment.

• You will have a proven track record of high-quality audit delivery

• You will have previous experience at Manager level

• You will have a strong commercial mindset and excellent communication skills

• You will be a team player who values collaboration and innovation
