A National Accountancy Practice is currently looking for an Audit Senior Manager for their North West team. We are interested in speaking to those already at the Audit Senior Manager level or those looking to step up to Audit Manager.

Role:

1. Managing a varied client portfolio across different industries, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and high service levels.
2. Overseeing the entire audit process from planning to final client meetings.
3. Managing the audit team, including task allocation and ensuring audits are completed timely and within budget.
4. Actively coaching, motivating, and developing junior team members.
5. Supporting office Partners in developing new business relationships through networking and attending events.

Requirements:

1. ACA/ACCA qualified with significant external audit experience in public practice.
2. Experience in building and maintaining productive client relationships.
3. Experience managing junior staff.
4. Candidates must not require sponsorship to work in the UK.
