North West Audit Senior Manager

National Accountancy Practice is currently seeking an Audit Senior Manager for their North West team. We are interested in speaking to candidates who are already at the Audit Senior Manager level or those looking to advance from Audit Manager.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Manage a client portfolio, focusing on Charities or Academies, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and service delivery.
2. Oversee the entire audit process from planning through to final client meetings.
3. Lead and manage the audit team, assign tasks, and ensure audits are completed timely and within budget.
4. Mentor, motivate, and develop junior team members.
5. Assist office Partners in developing new business relationships through networking and event participation.

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA qualified with substantial external audit experience in public practice.
• Proven ability to build and maintain productive client relationships.
• Experience managing junior staff.
• Experience with Charities and/or Academies is highly advantageous.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
