Your Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality audits and assurance services to major entities, including those with international interests.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and teams, ensuring compliance with UK and international standards.
• Conduct systems/controls testing and substantive audits in complex financial areas, including consolidations and group audits.
• Lead large or multiple engagements, possibly with cross-border elements.
• Maintain knowledge of UK and international GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
• Manage and develop staff, mentor teams, and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

• ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualified or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in audit and assurance, including management experience.
• Knowledge of UK and international financial standards and reporting requirements.
• Experience with US listed entities, PCOAB, and international group audits is desirable.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
