Opportunity: Senior Manager in Audit Practice

Join one of the Top 12 accountancy firms in their Leeds office as a Senior Manager in their Audit practice.

Responsibilities

1. Manage a portfolio of audit and accountancy clients.
2. Plan, perform, and complete audit processes for each assignment.
3. Engage in regular discussions with clients to confirm progress and identify solutions.
4. Mentor and coach junior team members.
5. Ensure work complies with audit and assignment procedures.

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Experience working with listed clients.
• Proven experience as an external audit manager in a similar organization, trained within a Chartered Practice, with experience in auditing and preparing accounts for individual and group entities.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards (knowledge of FRS required; IFRS knowledge is desirable).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication and team management abilities.
