Job summary

Adele Carr Recruitment Limited Northwich is partnering with a growing accountancy practice to recruit an Audit Senior. You will lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, owning budgets, timelines and final delivery across a varied client portfolio.

You'll mentor junior team members, manage client relationships and aim for clear progression within the firm. The role offers hybrid working, circa £38,000, and a commitment to staff development.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified.
• At least 3 years' experience within an accountancy practice.
• Strong knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, taking responsibility for budgets, timelines, fieldwork and final delivery across a varied client portfolio.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Review work, support junior team members and help them develop their audit and accounts knowledge through coaching and feedback.
• Prepare statutory accounts for limited companies.
• Ensure assignments are delivered on time, within budget and to a high technical standard.
