Job summary

Pro-Finance is recruiting an Audit Senior in Gloucester to deliver high-quality audits and support junior staff. You will build strong client relationships, review accounts and manage audit risks while keeping up to date with evolving standards and ethics.

Qualifications

• Experience across a variety of audit assignments.
• Strong understanding of audit standards and regulations.
• Ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
• Excellent communication with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support Managers and Directors in delivering audits to a high standard.
• Ensure audit documentation is complete and compliant with standards.
• Act as initial client contact, understanding requirements and queries.
• Attend client meetings and build professional relationships.
• Review client accounts and identify key audit risks.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and assist their development.
• Lead small teams where appropriate and improve processes.
• Stay up to date with accounting standards, regulations, tax and ethics.
