Austin Rose is seeking an Audit Senior for a Top 20 firm in Southampton. You will lead statutory audit engagements, coach junior staff, and ensure timely delivery across a diverse client portfolio.

The role offers hybrid working, study support towards ACA/ACCA, and structured progression with regular reviews. You will work with high-value corporate clients and gain exposure to UK GAAP and IFRS reporting.

• Supervise and mentor junior staff and review their work.

Responsibilities

• Completing audit fieldwork in accordance with auditing standards.
• Coaching and supporting other team members during assignments.
• Planning and completion on audit assignments.
• Accounts preparation for diverse corporate entities.
• Communicating clearly with clients and colleagues on a timely basis
• Committing to team objectives, taking ownership for the successful completion of work.
• Demonstrating enthusiasm and commitment to continuous learning and development.

As an Audit Senior you will:
