A respected and forward-thinking accountancy practice in the London area is seeking both an Audit Senior and an Audit Semi-Senior to join their growing audit team. These are full-time, on-site positions offering exposure to a diverse client portfolio and the opportunity to progress in a supportive, professional environment.

The Role

The successful candidates will be involved in delivering high-quality external audit services. Responsibilities include:

• Leading or supporting on audit assignments across a variety of sectors
  

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements in compliance with UK accounting standards
  

• Working closely with clients to resolve queries and build strong working relationships
  

• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the audit team
  

• Ensuring deadlines are met and audits are delivered efficiently and accurately
  

Candidate Requirements

Audit Senior:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  

• Proven experience managing audit assignments from planning to completion
  

• Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards
  

• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
  

• Experience working with complex or large audit clients preferred
  

Audit Semi-Senior:

• Part-qualified ACA/ACCA (no more than 3 exams remaining)
  

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in external audit
  

• Comfortable working independently and within a team
  

• Confident communicating with clients and supporting audit seniors/managers
