Roles: Audit Senior

Role Overview:

Coming in as an Audit Senior, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality audits for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. You will lead audit engagements, manage client relationships, supervise junior staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audits from planning to completion, managing multiple engagements and clients simultaneously.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing on-the-job training and development.
• Manage client relationships, acting as the first point of contact for client queries and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present reports to clients, making recommendations for improvement in processes and controls.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive business development initiatives and build the firm's reputation.
• Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure efficient delivery of audit services.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of audit experience in a practice environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards.
• Proven experience leading audits and managing client relationships.
• Proficiency with various audit software and Microsoft Office.
