Are you a qualified or part-qualified auditor looking to step into a growing and dynamic team where you can make an impact and progress your career?

We are working with a leading UK accountancy and advisory firm (one of the largest in the South West) to hire ambitious auditors to join their rapidly expanding Audit function. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure across a diverse client portfolio, from large corporates and fast-growing owner-managed businesses, to charities and educational institutions.

About the Role

As an Audit Senior, you will:

  • Lead and deliver audit and assurance engagements from planning through to completion under UK GAAP

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring quality service at every stage

  • Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their technical growth

  • Work across a hybrid environment between the office, home, and client sites, with full flexibility and support

  • Have access to management development programmes and wider business initiatives to support your path to Manager level and beyond

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll likely have:

  • ACA / ACCA qualification (or be part-qualified with a clear pathway to completion)

  • Experience managing audit assignments across a varied client base

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • A collaborative mindset with the desire to contribute to a growing, forward-thinking team

  • Access to transport and a full UK driving licence
