A leading East Lancashire Accountancy practice is looking to expand its Audit Team.

The firm takes pride in its reputation and has grown organically and through mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• 70% Audit / 30% Accounts
• Management and delivery of audit and accounts assignments
• Plan audit assignments, including budgeting and analytical review
• Supervise, delegate, and review work to juniors
• Deliver information to clients in a timely manner
• Display in-depth client and industry knowledge
• Identify cross-selling opportunities
• Achieve 100% chargeable time within budget
• Monitor chargeability weekly
• Identify shortfalls in work to cover chargeability and alert managers
• Monitor stock takes
• Manage bank letter processes
• Communicate workload progress and planning to management
• Complete Assignment Feedback Forms (AFF) where appropriate
