  • Taking ownership of your work, guiding junior team members, and developing strong client relationships that position you as a trusted adviser.
  • Preparing statutory accounts and handling corporate and personal tax returns, giving you a well-rounded and stimulating workload.
  • Managing budgets proactively, with the support you need to succeed.
What you will bring:
  • ACA or ACCA qualification and at least 3 years' audit experience within practice.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding client service and an appetite for mentoring and developing others.
  • Confidence in using software like Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, and CCH - and the adaptability to embrace new technology.
  • A full driving licence, ready to enjoy the variety that travelling to local clients brings.
What's waiting for you:
  • A competitive salary of up to £50,000, with regular annual reviews.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays - and your birthday off, just because.
  • Private medical insurance and full health and wellbeing support programmes.
  • Flexitime, free onsite parking, and schemes for cycling and electric vehicles.
  • Social events, charity activities, and a vibrant team spirit.
  • Internal career progression - directors here have risen through the ranks themselves.
The Process:
  • A smooth two-stage journey: Teams interview with HR, followed by a face-to-face meeting with directors - so you can quickly picture your future here.
