Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ICAS/ACCA/ACA) - part-qualified candidates considered.
• 2+ years in an accountancy firm.
• Strong experience in audit, accounts, or both.
• Proactive, team-focused, confident with clients.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Eager to grow in a firm that values ideas and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support audits from planning to completion.
• Prepare statutory financial statements for varied clients.
• Manage on-site audit work and guide junior team members.
• Build and develop strong client relationships.
• Provide technical support and insights to colleagues and clients.
• Support training and development of junior staff.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and high quality.

About you

• You're a qualified accountant (ICAS/ACCA/ACA) - part-qualified candidates will also be considered
• You've worked in an accountancy firm for at least 2 years
• You have strong experience in audit, accounts, or both
• You're proactive, team-focused, and confident working directly with clients
• You're detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
