Job summary

The Recruitment Group in Leicester is seeking an Audit Semi Senior to join a growing firm. You will report to Audit Seniors and Managers and be involved in assignments from planning through to completion, while building strong client relationships and supporting junior team members.

To succeed, you should have around two years' experience in a mixed audit and accounts role and be either studying or keen to begin ACA or ACCA qualifications. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Around two years of experience in a mixed audit and accounts role.
• Studying or keen to begin ACA/ACCA or AAT qualifications.
• Strong organisational and communication skills; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of audit assignments from initial scoping to final sign-off.
• Evaluate financial information and highlight risks and control improvements.
• Build client relationships and provide constructive feedback.
• Support statutory accounts preparation and relevant tax calculations.
