Audit Semi-Senior/ Audit Senior required by a well-established independent black country firm of accountants

Your new company

Highly professional independent accountancy firm seeking to recruit a part-qualified or qualified accountant to join their audit team undertaking audit assignments for a varied client base alongside some accounts preparation work.

Your new role

Working with clients from a range of industries - mostly corporate businesses within the local Midlands area, you will get involved in the planning and delivery of audit assignments. You will liaise with clients to efficiently and professionally obtain relevant information to support the audit process and with colleagues at all levels to work as a team to achieve deadlines. Dependent upon your previous audit experience, you may lead audits from start to finish, managing the work of juniors. If studying towards professional accountancy qualifications, you will be offered full study support to enable you to complete your exams.

What you'll need to succeed

You may be studying AAT or close to qualifying, or you will be progressing with ACA or ACCA exams with audit experience gained in practice either within a large UK firm or within a regional/ independent UK practice. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a professional attitude and a good work ethic.
