Job summary

Xeinadin is seeking an Audit Semi Senior in Preston to support planning, fieldwork, and completion of audit assignments. You will maintain high technical standards, build client relationships, and mentor junior team members while meeting deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• AAT or ACA/ACCA part-qualified (or equivalent) required.
• Previous external audit experience in an accountancy practice.
• Strong knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, performing and completing audit assignments in accordance with auditing standards and firm methodologies.
• Prepare high-quality audit working papers and supporting documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clients to obtain audit evidence and resolve queries.
• Deliver audit assignments within agreed budgets and deadlines.
• Maintain compliance with technical, regulatory and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes and client service.
