• Minimum of 18 months’ experience within a UK Practice Accountancy firm.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Effective communication skills interacting with clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of service to corporate clients and business owners.
• Engage in statutory audits and year-end accounts prep.
• Take responsibility for smaller audits as experience grows.

Key Responsibilities for the Audit Semi Senior Job job include:

• Delivering a high level of service to corporate clients and business owners.
• About 75% of your role will be statutory audits.
• The other 25% will focus on year-end accounts prep and advisory projects on an ad-hoc basis.
• Feel confident in working on-site at clients’ premises and in the office.
• As you gain experience, take responsibility for smaller audits and report directly to Responsible Individuals.
• Career progression to Accounts Senior, Assistant Manager, Manager and beyond is encouraged.

For the Audit Semi Senior job candidates should possess:

• Minimum of 18 months’ experience within a UK Practice Accountancy firm
• Proficiency in Excel, Xero, Quickbooks, and other Accounting software
• Ideally you will be part-qualified or QBE will be considered
• Effective communication skills, capable of interacting confidently with clients and colleagues across all levels
