Job summary

Pro-Recruitment is seeking an Audit Semi-Senior in Milton Keynes, offering up to £38,000 plus study support. You will work in a Top 50 firm with an award-nominated audit team, gaining exposure to larger clients and a balanced workload.

The role splits roughly 80% audit and 20% accounts, reporting to Audit Managers and collaborating with Seniors and Partners. It provides development towards qualification and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2.5 years’ experience in practice with consistent audit exposure.
• ACA or ACCA part-qualified, or advanced level eligible to sit
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
• The ability to work well within deadlines and manage competing priorities
• A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Planning and carrying out audit fieldwork with appropriate supervision
• Working on a wide range of clients, including specialist audit assignments
• Preparing draft statutory accounts and consolidated accounts under FRS 102
• Assisting with draft corporation tax computations
• Drafting management letter points following audit completion
• Supporting and assisting junior team members on audit assignments
• Working to deadlines and budgets, with support from Managers where needed
