Affinia is seeking an Audit Semi Senior to progress professional studies while deepening expertise in audits and compliance. You’ll work with the team on client portfolios, support fieldwork, and contribute to maintaining WIP and timely reporting.
You’ll develop knowledge of ISA, IFRS/FRS 102, and risk management, with chances to advance while learning from senior colleagues. Flexible hybrid options are available, with on-site work in Sutton, UK.

As an Audit Semi Senior, you will be continuing your professional studies while developing a greater understanding of Affinia, its clients and the various services we offer. We will continue to help you develop your softer skills, such as active listening, communication skills, and time management. We provide access to technical resources via platforms such as Tolley’s, Mercia and Croner-i, and LinkedIn Learning for soft skills training as well as a variety of other topics. Together with your line manager you’ll craft a development plan that’s bespoke to you.
As an Semi-Senior, you will have a greater focus on completing timesheets and understanding /adhering to our WIP process and policy. You will be able to support your managers on their portfolio of clients, both in the work they are doing and in the relationships they are maintaining. You will learn about risk management and compliance and be able to understand and explain these concepts.
