Job summary

S&W invites school leavers to join a structured programme designed to kickstart a professional career in professional services. You will embark on a fully funded Level 7 qualification while gaining meaningful responsibility from day one across audit, tax, and accountancy outsourcing.

You’ll work with mentors and senior leaders, benefit from dedicated buddy support, and develop commercially with a range of clients and industries in the UK network. No prior work experience required.

Qualifications

• Predicted or achieved 112 UCAS points in top three subjects (or equivalent) and GCSE grade 5/B in Maths and English Language, or equivalents.
• No previous work experience required.
• Fully funded professional qualification of up to Level 7 (Master's equivalent).

Responsibilities
