A leading company is seeking an Audit Resourcing Manager to oversee staffing for audit projects, manage team performance, and propose process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and analytical skills, with a relevant certification and at least 3 years of experience in resource management. This role offers flexibility with reduced hours considered.
We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage audit resourcing needs, including handling staffing adjustments for sick leave, study leave, and training, as well as scheduling and assigning personnel to various audit projects.
The ideal candidate will be capable of multitasking and prioritizing to meet deadlines under pressure. Essential skills include excellent interpersonal, planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. A lateral thinker with a proven track record in influencing others and advanced IT skills is required.
Qualifications include a relevant professional certification and at least 3 years of project and resource management experience. Experience with Retain or similar resourcing systems is advantageous.
This role does not require licenses. Reduced hours are considered.
